Maison Neuve, au Calme, vue Campagne

Our house is located in a small village with all shops (about 10 minutes walk) and close to the sea (Port des Barques and its small family beach: 6 kms). Its central position between Royan and La Rochelle makes it easy to visit all the riches of the department such as the islands of Ré, Oléron, Aix, the towns of Châtelaillon, Fouras, Rochefort, Saintes or to simply enjoy the Charente coastline (Ronce les Bains, La Palmyre ...).

Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival.
Towels not provided.

Pets allowed after agreement with the owners.
Possibility to rent 2 VTCs to enjoy the cycle paths.

La maison est bien entretenu que cela soit l'extérieur et l'intérieur.Très bon accueil avec des spécialités charentaise et des petits oeufs.Et deux bouteilles d'eau o frigo.Sylvie et Pascal sont à l'écoute, bon conseils, très serviable.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Neues kleines Haus, ideal für Familie mit kleinen Kindern.Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet; die Betten im Kinderzimmer war für meine Teenager schon etwas zu klein; wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Herzlichen Dank.

Gîte très bien aménagé, très propre, très agréable. les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. on ne peut qu'avoir envie d'y retourner.
