"Mille Sabords" is ideally located: the beach is just around the corner, and the harbour and city centre are 500 metres away, where you’ll find a bakery, supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and a fish market.
A water sports centre and a sailing school are also just a 5-minute walk away.
The 90-square-meter house offers every comfort for 4 adults and one child: 3 bedrooms with beds featuring electric bed bases—160 cm in the first, 140 cm in the second, and a 90x200 cm desk bed in the third. This bedroom also features a very pleasant workspace.
The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, percolator, electric coffee maker, etc.) opens onto a beautiful, bright living area with a lounge and reading nook in front of the fireplace to warm up winter evenings.
A very pleasant, fully enclosed, south-facing landscaped garden with a large terrace is waiting just for you!
Finally, a garage is at your disposal, connected to the kitchen, where you’ll find the washing machine, bicycles, BBQ, lounge chair, and more.
We provide bed linens and bath towels; a mandatory cleaning service is provided by us, which costs 80€ and is not included in the listed price.
