It features 3 queen beds, 4 single beds, and one queen sleeper sofa/ Queen Futon. This unit is only a short block and a half to the beach with ocean views from the second and third floor decks. The third floor deck is furnished and covered. Other amentias are a gas grill, outside shower, and off street parking for 3 cars.
