Fantastic apartment in a beautiful setting

We are familiar with the Alcazaba lagoon, it is really a nice setting, we have been a few times and have never been disappointed. The apartment we rented this year was by far the best, spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, tidy, very well equipped, the kitchen was heaven with all the many utensils, a credit to the owners, they have created an apartment fit for a super stay, thank you! With regards to ZapHoliday, first time we used this agency and they have all been fantastic, really nice and friendly and they made the whole process very easy. Would recommend!

L’appartement était top

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement ! Tout était conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux. L’endroit est propre, agréable, avec une belle vue lointaine sur la mer. Le lagon est à 4 minutes à pied, et la piscine de la résidence est vraiment top. La conciergerie ZapHoliday a été très réactive et disponible, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Petit bémol : la literie de la chambre parentale était trop molle à notre goût, et les coussins un peu trop épais. Mais à part ces petits détails, tout était parfait. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir ! les indications pour trouver l’appartement pourraient être un peu plus claires – nous avons dû un peu nous débrouiller à l’arrivée. Également savoir ce qui est compris comme activité dans le lagon.

Concernant les indications pour trouver l’appartement, nous souhaitons préciser que dans le mail contenant les détails pour la remise des clés, un lien Google Maps est fourni pour faciliter votre arrivée. De plus, un dossier d’informations et d’indications vous est remis en main propre lors de la remise des clés. Néanmoins, nous comprenons que cela puisse être amélioré et nous en tiendrons compte, tout comme pour la communication relative aux activités incluses dans le lagon.
