Regarding the collection and return of the keys, we completely understand that this may be less convenient than having someone personally meet you at the property. However, as we currently manage around 200 properties, it is unfortunately not possible for us to provide a personalised key handover at each individual property. This procedure, along with the relevant instructions, is clearly stated both in the property listing and in the documentation sent to guests after making a reservation. We are sorry that this information was not taken into consideration before your arrival, as being aware of the procedure in advance would have helped avoid any inconvenience and the additional taxi costs you mentioned. With regard to the location, we are also surprised that it came as an unexpected issue, as the exact location of the property and its distances from restaurants, Sabinillas and La Duquesa can be easily checked before making a reservation using the maps and online tools available today. Nevertheless, we appreciate you sharing your perspective and will certainly take your comments into consideration. Finally, we are sorry that the mattresses were not to your liking. Until now, we had never received any negative comments regarding the firmness of the beds. We fully understand, however, that this is a very personal matter: some people prefer softer mattresses, while others sleep more comfortably on firmer ones. Regarding the thickness mentioned, we feel that describing the mattress as being only 10 cm thick may be somewhat exaggerated, but we nevertheless appreciate your feedback.
