About this property

Villa on 2 beautiful bays with sandy beach, heated pool, ideal for. children

NEW this year: After we have such a beautiful area and environment, 2 new e-scooters were purchased, with which you can easily explore the area, go to other beaches, restaurants or just go shopping. Since these are e-bikes, children from the age of 12 are allowed to ride it and whoever wants to wear it - there is no compulsory helmet, but of course it is advisable. With a range of approx. 50 km per charge and space for 2 people, you can roam easily and quietly through the area and discover new places. For those who prefer to make themselves comfortable in the house: Since 2018 there is a Netflix account in the house for free use. For the sportier guests: A new pool window adorns the wall on the rear terrace.
And even more: We have invested in the house again this year to make your stay even more enjoyable. After last year a new pool heat pump reliably provided warm bathing pleasure all year round, we also rebuilt the pool, switched to salt water and tiled. There is also an alarm system for the little ones so that nobody falls into the pool unattended. New games for the Playstation, a completely new electrification, a new bedroom, FINALLY a dishwasher!, a new music system on the roof, coffee machine, Netflix for entertainment, etc. It's gotten great again. And in the garden hut there is an inflatable boat for our hard-working paddlers while the whole family can enjoy the new seating for 8 on the front terrace.

In general: there are still 50m to the sandy beach over two small bays on the quiet side. Ideal for children, for swimming, snorkeling and fishing. Since 2014 complex and newly renovated with 4 bedrooms (one in apartment style), 3 terraces, roof terrace with a view of the bay to chill out, living room with fireplace, kitchen. A garden that offers real privacy and a partially "wild garden". Easy access on foot to restaurants, playgrounds, bars, shops on the opposite side of the bay via a romantic hiking trail along the cliffs. Fishing, diving, boat trips, snorkeling right on the bay. The water is really crystal clear there as you can see on the video.

Great Stay

Everything was in good order and check-in and out process was really easy. We enjoyed the pool, hammocks, and the kids loved the bunk beds ! Great location next to the beach and nice restaurants.

Great house and location

House was exactly as advertised. Peter and his caretakers made our stay enjoyable. Location was convenient to many of the great beaches and towns along the eastern side of the island.

Nice house close to the beach

The property was perfect for us. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was close by the sea. We spent some time at the pool and some at the beach, where you can find a beach bar as well. The dishwasher needs to be changed but everything worked very well.

Amazing vacation stay

We had a glorious 3 night stay at the villa! There was so much space for our four person family (we had one unused but adorable children's room). There is the wonderful Cala Domingo right across the lane (and down a steepish pathway, so would not work for someone with mobility issues). Easy to access all the spots on the east side of Mallorca. The town itself has a few restaurants within walking distance, but no market. You will definitely want a car. The caretakers are absolutely wonderful! We didn't think to check whats app initially so had a little delay in our communication. But once that was sorted there were no issues!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Luna. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders die Größe des Hauses, des Gartens, die Nähe zum Meer, der Pool und die Klimaanlage waren sehr angenehm. Auch die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, allerdings sollte man hier wissen, dass man bis in die späten Abendstunden die Musikshows der gegenüberliegenden Hotels mit anhören "darf".

Wundeschön gelegen, sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren im Mai im der Villa Luna und haben wirklich wunderschöne Ferien dort erleben dürfen. Es hat so viel perfekt gepasst: Die Lage ist wirklich gigantisch, direkt an einer herrlichen Bucht, mit Fernsicht von der Dachterasse. Das Haus selbst ist grosszügig, hat mehrere Terrassen, überall Ecken, die zum Verweilen schön sind und drinnen ist es immer schön kühl. Die Ausstattung! Alles da, was man braucht. Selbst ein SUP Board war da. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Und dann das wirklich schön angelegte Grundstück. Pool mit viel Sonne bis spät in den Abend, tolle Pflanzen an der Terasse, blühende Kakteen… und zu guter letzt ein sehr sehr netter Gastgeber, der sogar kleine Geschenke für die Kinder und kaltes Bier für die Erwachsenen zur Begrüßung da hatte. Auch die Verwalterin war sehr nett, es war wirklich perfekt und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage an Badebucht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren vier Kindern im Alter von 3 bis 9 Jahren sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt direkt über einer kleinen Bucht und zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur 3-5 Minuten. Auch der Pool sowie die Ausstattung insgesamt sind positiv hervorzuheben. Wir können das Haus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

Mooi huis met wat achterstallig onderhoud

Verblijf was mooi in een mooi huis, wel was er wat achterstallig onderhoud: Douchestang zat heel los aan de muur, Wc bleef doorlopen, één knop werkte niet. Eén slaapkamerdeur sloot niet goed en maakte 's nachts heel veel ;lawaai. Een deurkruk viel uit de deur.

Toller Urlaub!

Für uns war es ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Villa ist wunderschön und man hat auch am Pool und im Garten seine Ruhe, weil alles gut bepflanzt ist und man kaum etwas von seinen Nachbarn mitbekommt. Der Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Cala Murada ist ein ruhiger Urlaubsort. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man alles nötigr bekommt und einige Restaurants. Nachtleben und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im benachbarten Ort Calas de Mallorca.

Schöne Villa, Strandnähe, tolle Lage

Aufenthalt war super, Geräumiges Haus mit Klimaanlage. Leider konnten wir am Anreisetag erst um 19.30 Uhr die Räumlichkeiten nutzen, da die Reinigung noch nicht beendet war. Schade das von den nahen Hotels Abends eine gewisse Lärmbelästigung ausging. Vermieter sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Schönes grosses Haus

Schönes Haus, geräumig. Über eine Steintreppe auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite erreicht man die Badebucht. Die Türen sind auf Grund der Feuchtigkeit / Meeresluft etwas verzogen und schliessen daher teils nicht mehr richtig. Das sollte erneuert werden. Für mich aber kein Grund weniger Sterne zu geben, denn sonst war alles top und sehr netter Empfang.

Eine wirklich tolle Villa in der Nähe zweier schöner, kleiner Buchten. Wir sind froh, dass wir sie gefunden haben und haben die Ausstattung genossen. Das war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub und auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat bestens funktioniert.

Toller Urlaub mit Familie und Freunde

in der hinDas Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, mit Liebe gebaut und hat alles, was Familien brauchen. Ideal zum Strand zu den Felsen, aber auch Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Dachterrasse mit Hängematte ist einfach toll. Kleineren Problemen wurde schnell abgeholfen. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Betreuung und wir haben das wunderschöne Haus genossen

Great stay

We loved our time here. The house and its property are amazing. The rooftop terrace is very nice. Our kids loved playing ping pong. It was early November, but the weather was in the high 70s and we were able to use the heated pool in the yard and also go in the sea at the fantastic beach that was a short walk away. We also drove to some other beaches that we read about online, but we found the one that was closest to be just as impressive as the others. We ate some wonderful food in Portocolom and in some other towns further away. We didn't try any of the more local restaurants. The only thing that could be improved is that the shower water didn't quite get HOT. It got warm enough to take a shower that was not uncomfortable. But at the end of a long day at the beach, it would have been nice to take a hot shower. That said, that was the only downside. In all, we really enjoyed our stay here and would happily come back again. The hosts were very thoughtful and we found everything we could have wanted in the house -- beach towels, sand toys, etc.

David, thank you for sharing your experience and even more I'm happy to read you enjoyed staying with us. We noticed the issue with the shower not going beyond a certain temperature. Based upon that we were able to find a malfunctioning safety valve which we fixed now. On top we became a bit "greener" by adding a heat pump to the solar instead of the electric heater. By that we should be good for the next years with hopefully lots of happy guests. Wishing you a winderful time, Peter

Tolle Finca!

Hatten ausreichend Platz mit 6 Erw. u. 2 Ki. Der Pool war für die Kinder ideal (Tiefe) und wurde jeden Tag mit Freude ausgiebig genutzt, für die Erw. ebenfalls zur Entspannung. Die Kommunikation mit Senora Barbara hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Lage der Finca ist sehr gut. Ausblick auf die Bucht . Der Weg zum Strand in der nahen Bucht ist sehr kurz und über Treppe zu erreichen (für "ältere Semester" evtl. Trepp auf etwas anstrengend). Die E-Scooter wurden für den morgendlichen Brötchenkauf u. anderen Utensilien im örtl. Eink.-Markt sehr gern genutzt. Im Ort waren auch reichlich Restaurants, die man Fuss läufig erreichen konnte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und allen hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Typisch Mallorcinische Finca

Typisch Mallorcinische Finca. Manche Steckdosen gehen teils nicht, Türen haken. Im großen aber ein tolles Gebäude mit viel Platz (2. Terrasse mit Blick in Richtung Bucht sieht man so auf den Bildern gar nicht). Toller Platz für Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Hotel in der Bucht macht ordentlich laute Animation. Täglich. Wenn man selbst Musik abspielt, nicht störend. Wer nur Ruhe sucht, könnte sich daran stören. Die Lage der Villa Luna befindet sich in einem ruhigen Villen Viertel. Strand 50 m zu Fuß gut erreichbar (Straße runter, über Steintreppen dann der Bucht entlang). Tolles Wasser, je nach Wind mal glatt oder wellig. Supermarkt 550m zu Fuß gut erreichbar, für den großen Einkauf empfiehlt sich jedoch ein Auto. Straße nicht ebenerdig, aber gut befestigt. Tolle Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar (Halali ist unser Tipp) - 550m.

Enjoyable

The property was fantastic, there were a few hiccups which we have contacted the owner directly. The location was okay but would be no good if you are unable to tackle 72 steps rock climbing and 2 beaches to the other side to access restaurants and shops etc. With being an August holiday and paying top price it was a little disappointed that not everything was up to scratch and should of been kept in tip top condition for all holiday makers. It was not a cheap holiday believe me. We hired a car for 5 days which helped us to do a Lidl shop as any large supermarkets outdoor only be accessed by car. There is a supermarket up the road but very limited as we were self catering. We eat out at restaurants across the journey which got tiresome near the end. The beaches were beautiful and clean although overhaul the streets and public areas are surprisingly cluttered with rubbish and spoilt the resort. This is the islands fault and it’s sad to see this happening. We have been to Majorca several times and it’s gotten worse.
