Bien pour quelques jours

Bien placé, à proximité de la plage et lumineux. En revanche l’annonce mériterait plus de précisions concernant l’escaliers menant aux chambres ou en tout cas une photo pour se rendre compte qu’il n’y a pas de sécurité à l’étage si enfants en bas âge. Quelques déconvenues : lunettes des toilettes fixee d’un seul côté, la plinthe des meubles de cuisine qui tombe régulièrement, bouilloire non vidée et complètement entartrée, gobelet de la salle de bain non nettoyé, le velux d’une chambre qui ne s’ouvre pas… En revanche, bon équipement de la cuisine, il y a tout ce qu’il faut en terme de vaisselle et casseroles pour cuisiner.

Proximité de la mer mais appartement sans charme

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement glacial.le confort n'était pas au rdv . Lorsque nous avons communiqué sur qq dysfonctionnements, aucune compréhension pour les désagréments mais beaucoup de mauvaise foi. Nous sommes très déçus.

Appartement très lumineux et spacieux. A 5 minutes de là plage à pieds. Nous avons fortement apprécié de pouvoir utiliser la machine à laver ainsi que les équipements de la cuisine qui sont très complet.

Duplex convivial & bien équipé

Situé dans un quartier residentiel calme, à 7 min (voiture) d'un grand quartier commercial, à 5 min (voiture) d'un parc d'attraction et à 20 min (voiture) d'un aquaclub très sympa, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à réserver ultérieurement. Astuce parking public : Payez journalièrement à chaque créneau horaire payant.

Un bon WE à berck

Nous avons passé un excellent WE à Berck dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux. Seul bémol qui peut avoir son importance, la chute dans les escaliers de la petite de 4 ans. Sans conséquence à part une belle frayeur. Nous savions pour le duplex, mais nous avons compris à notre arrivée pourquoi il n'y avait pas de photos des escaliers. Il faudrait sécuriser l'escalier intérieur avec une barrière à chaque extrémité. A conseiller pour des personnes mobiles sans enfant en bas age.

Location très agréable et très propre, bien placée pour se rendre à la plage à pieds. Petits bémols, les 2 rangées d'escaliers très "raides" et les places de parking assez rares dans la rue en période de grosse affluence touristique.
