Appartement un peu vieillot, mais les petites attentions et la fonctionnalité de l'appartement sont un réel plus.

Bien Placé mais vieillot

• Très bien placé dans la vieille ville et à 10 minutes du lac. • Bruyant : bien que situé au 3e étage les bruits de la rue sont très présents. • Ensemble vieillot et un peu bricolé. • Sombre avec seulement une fenêtre qui donne sur une rue étroite. • Les photos sur l'annonce sont très flatteuses grâce à un éclairage très favorable.
