Cocoonr offers this magnificent 160 m² stone house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. The 3-bedroom house has been tastefully renovated, furnished and decorated, and boasts a stunning sea view. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation comprises
- An 80 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Upstairs: three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds (160×200) and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms: one en suite to one bedroom and a separate bathroom for the other two. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Two separate WCs
- A lovely 40 m² garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, all available from mid-May and tidied up at the beginning of September, ideal for enjoying the fine weather.
For added convenience: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Damgan, in very pleasant surroundings. Less than 10 minutes' drive away, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. Situated at the foot of the coastal paths and 650 m from the beach, all leisure activities are within easy reach.
