It’s a nice quiet getaway. The thing that I didn’t understand is that it sleeps 4, but they charge you extra for anybody over two people. The host said it was in the listing. It’s a beautiful clean place.

Thank you for your review, Diane. We're glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting and found the guest suite beautiful and clean. To clarify for future guests, Hayden Lake Retreat can accommodate up to four guests, while our base nightly rate includes two guests. As noted in the listing, an additional guest fee applies for each guest beyond two, reflecting the additional accommodations required for larger parties. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Deborah and Damien are excellent and kind hosts! Their property is absolutely beautiful and the accommodations are perfect. The views of the lake, mountains, and garden are stunning, and everything we wanted and needed for a comfortable stay was available, clean, and easy to use. There are many activities within 30 minutes of the location, including hiking at Farragut State Park, rollercoasters at Silverwood, and great shopping and restaurants in Hayden and Coeur d'Alene. Deborah was very communicative, and the check-in process was was very easy. We're glad to have stayed here for our getaway.

we have traveled in many VRBO and we would say this is oneof the cleanest places we have ever stayed and that is veryimportant to my wife... the amenities were excellent witha touch of scones ...cookies .. and milk in the refrigerator....what a nice surprise.... the view was spectacular... and the deck was amazing... if anything we would object toin our experience was that the house had control of theheating and we had to count on them to make surewe were comfortable... which we were.. but that was different for us........ all in all we had a great experienceed

We’re also so glad you enjoyed the little welcome treats, beautiful views, and time on the deck. We appreciate your feedback regarding the temperature control as well and are glad you were comfortable throughout your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again!
