About this property

Resort On Sand! 11th Floor Direct Views! Located in the Heart of Destin!

Incredible views from the 11th floor! Enjoy your morning coffee or favorite cocktail while relaxing on our private balcony with direct Gulf views and new Pollywood furniture.

Our condo is newly updated with new living room furniture and smart TVs in living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and has a keurig and a regular coffee maker to appeal to all coffee lovers favorite! No washer/dryer. Coin operated washer/dryer on each floor.
Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing some construction. Occupants will experience some noise during business hours and see construction activity in the vicinity. All amenities are open with the exception of the indoor poo and the splash pad.. The opposite side of the building will be updating units' windows and sliding doors and making exterior concrete repairs/painting the building. The side of the building that our unit is on has been updated already. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The place was amazing with a perfect view of the beach. It was Ian incredible place to spend our honeymoon. I would love to go back and stay there on our next vacation and will if it is available. Communication with the host was always responsive and timely. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a carefree vacation to Destin. It was perfect!!!

It was perfect for our weekend getaway! As reasonable a price as you’ll find and Julie was very responsive and helpful through every step of the process! The kitchen itself was recently updated and the property had overall upgrades being made but it didn’t impact us at all, great experience!

Nice view of the beach.BUT…..*The bedroom window is across from the rear of the elevators and these elevators are very old so when in use it makes horrible noise keeping us up late and waking up with the early birds. Restless night for sure.*Hallway to the unit has super ugly, smelly, dirty carpets.*lots of workers working on different areas of the building.

Overall, the property was good. There was so much work going on to the exterior and interior that made the condo a wreck. Plastering and painting everywhere. And the mess! But, the good: wonderful beach. The sand was white powder and water soooo blue. The room itself was just ok, outdated fir the price. The bed was great. Light switches for nothing? The kitchenette was very nice. The main pool was unheated and cold as well as the hottub, plus no heat in it. Overall, we would go back after all is done and fixed. Loved the location to everything and the gift shop and resturant were both great. One more thing, only four very loud elevators to service this big complex is very insufficient.

We loved the condo! Construction on the building was frustrating and unexpected but had been going on for months. It would have been nice to know ahead of time! On vacation the last thing you want is to be woken by loud construction but we were multiple times.The splash pad was also not working.David at the beach was amazing and deserves a raise!

Hi- I am sorry about the construction but it is on our listing description and has been on there since last year. We want guests to be aware so we clearly state that. The splash pad is a seasonal amenity and opens when weather appropriate, This is also in our listing description, that it’s seasonal. Due to the construction, we have lowered our rates to offer a great get-away at a lower cost. We also state that in our listing description. Renovations are wrapping up soon and we are looking forward to a fabulous summer. All the best!

The condo is in a great location. It was perfect being that it was just my wife and I. It was clean and accommodating. The only “complaint” that we have is the WiFi did not work very well. Overall great stay for our anniversary. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is the perfect getaway for a girls trip! The location is amazing considering it is just steps from the beach. The view from our 11th floor balcony was breathtaking. The unit was super clean and smelled wonderful. I was very impressed with my stay!
