The year 2020, gave our family the extra time together to begin the project of starting a vacation rental home. We spent a lot of time in this home making it the perfect spot for families and friends to spend time together in a safe and fun way. We take pride in the design and updates put into this home for our renters. Enjoy.
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with the beach like access to the water. For me, location is everything. I enjoy this house because you can reach all the destinations by land and water. It has a lot of land for you to stretch out in. You have a balcony, back porch, boat house roof, dock, and boat house to take advantage of. There is always a different view to take in and space to utilize.
What makes this property unique
It is literally close to everything both by land and water. It has easy access to Lake of the Ozarks while simultaneously being close to bars, restaurants, party cove, etc. by the lake. I'm not sure there could be a better location.
