Welcome to Doussard!

Quietly located, 200 meters from the lake and on the edge of a bike path, discover a contemporary villa with a terrace and a large garden.
Ideal for 8 people, this fully equipped house is perfect for your family holiday on the shores of Lake Annecy.
You will reach the beach of "Chez ma cousin" in 3 minutes on foot and the municipal beach of Doussard is 3 minutes by car.

You can enjoy its terrace for your barbecues, or relax in its quiet garden. Terrace furniture available from April to October.

Housing:
The ground floor has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom.
Upstairs you will find a bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. Two of them have lake views and montages!
In the basement are the laundry room and a garage for two cars. Please note that there are two additional parking spaces in front of the house.
TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the property

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Clean, comfortable and great location!

The location is a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of Doussard 'beach' and within easy driving distance of Annecy itself. The lakeside cycle path runs 100m from it. There are great views of the lake and mountains, and a constant spectacle of paragliders taking off from the mountain opposite. The house has lots of space and is well-furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is of a good size for cooking for a large-ish group, and had pretty much everything we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean and in good order. I would recommend this house without hesitation.

Strong gasoline smell in the house

Our stay was very pleasant, except the ever present toxic smell of gasoline in the whole house, coming from a large gas tank in the garage. Our friends staying downstairs had to sleep with their windows open. By the end of the one week trip we were just sick of it. Our host Stephane was very nice and helpful though. If the smell got resolved, it would be very nice place overall.
