Penthouse à potentiel

L'appartement est ultra lumineux avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le cap d'Antibes. Nous sommes toutefois restés un peu sur notre faim: le mobilier est vraiment basique et très usé, il manque de l'éclairage dans la pièce de vie et l'appartement mériterait un bon rafraîchissement pour pouvoir révéler tout son potentiel. Notre séjour a tout de même été très agréable et Ingun très efficace et agréable. Ce logement est adapté pour un séjour en famille.

Une situation idéale... pour un appartement perfectible

Grand appartement très lumineux grâce à ses très nombreuses baies vitrées. Terrasse également très grande qui fait le tour complet de l'appartement. Ce dernier est situé au 6ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble. D'un côté, vue sur la mer côté Antibes, de l'autre vue sur la mer côté Juan les Pins. Il est composé de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Sauf que deux salles de bain se situent dans une seule et unique chambre, ce qui perd en intérêt à mon goût. Situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied du bord de mer, restaurants et du Casino de Juan les Pins. De l'autre côté, les plages d'Antibes sont également à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Quelques bémols cependant : pour un appartement pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 adultes, la présence d'un petit réfrigérateur est regrettable. Par ailleurs, plusieurs volets roulants ne fonctionnaient pas lors de notre séjour, tout comme les baies vitrées qui ne pouvaient pas toutes être verrouillées non plus. Les moteurs des stores banne ne fonctionnent plus et ces derniers doivent être descendus et remontés à l'aide de la manivelle de "secours", ce qui est long et laborieux. Mais on s'y fait. Accès possible à la piscine de la copropriété. Pas très grande, elle est vite saturée de monde aux heures de pointes. Difficile donc d'y trouver une place pour y poser sa serviette. Mais elle a le mérite d'exister. Horaires : 09h - 13h et 15h - 19h Serviettes de bain et draps fournis. Ménage inclus (payé sur Abritel). Rien à redire. Ingun nous a très bien accueilli. D'une gentillesse extrême, cette dame a tout fait pour nous mettre dans les meilleures dispositions possibles afin que nous passons de très bonnes vacances. Nous recommandons pour l'emplacement, la superbe vue ainsi que la taille et la luminosité de cet appartement.

Vue à couper le souffle

Nous sommes restés 10 jours cet appartement qui a une terrasse et une pièce à vivre tellement agréable… Vous ouvrez toutes les baies vitrées et vous avez le sentiment de vivre vos vacances à l’extérieur…c’est génial 🤗🤗 Les chambres sont propres et agréables On ne se marche pas dessus et c’est super agréable quand nous sommes 5! Et un grand merci à Ingun qui est absolument adorable et qui ne cherche que notre bien être dans cet appartement 🤗
