Notre séjour à La Guérinière s'est merveilleusement bien passée. La maison est très bien organisée et très agréable , de belles terrasses pour profiter de l'extérieur. Des bémols cependant: la maison est située près d'une rue passagère et de la 4 voies... ce qui n'est pas noté dans le descriptif de location; l'hôte d'accueil n'est pas sympathique: 10 mn à peine pour nous faire visiter la maison, avec très peu d'explications; Heureusement que nous connaissions un peu Noirmoutier, car nous n'avons pas eu de renseignements, ni par l'hôte d'accueil, ni dans la maison; de plus, à notre départ, il est venu une bonne heure plus tôt que l'heure de réservation, et avant même d'entrer dans la maison nous a dit que celle ci était très sale; nous avions juste enlevée nos valises et pas eu le temps de faire la dernière vérification des pièces, et donc de terminer le ménage; D'ailleurs, en entrant, sous les table de nuit du haut, il y avait du sable, et nous avons trouvé un ticket de caisse de locataire précédant, et beaucoup de poussière sur des boites au-dessus du lave linge et des toilettes.... le barbecue n'avait pas été nettoyé, l'aspirateur n'avait pas été vidé, et aucune rallonge pour s'en servir. nous regrettons de n'avoir rien dit dès le premier jour. En effet, nous avions gardé le ménage à notre charge, nous l'avons fait avant de partir, mais pas eu le temps de terminé et par conséquent, il nous facture le ménage en sus.... Soyez vigilants.... Dommage car le site est agréable.
