Great little house

Was super location for where we needed to be each day for work. A little awkward having to walk through a bedroom to get to the kitchen and general area, and the same pattern getting to the backyard, but overall was a nice quiet spot!

Long weekend Tampa getaway

Overall the house it great! Very clean, open floor plan, sofas in the living room are very nice and comfortable. We loved the Adirondack chairs in the back yard, where we had a sunset happy hour. Although you can tell that the city and this particular street is working on revitalization, the neighborhood is still not great. The bedroom situation is not ideal, two bedrooms are attached, and have to go through the one bedroom to get to the other, the back door to the parking pad is also in the bedroom. And, it's a shared bathroom, although the shower and shower pressure is very nice. The beds are small, linens are nice and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, really nice clean fridge, keurig with pods was really nice. Communicating with the owner was super easy and attentive. We would stay there again.

Nice House--Location Iffy

The house is an older home that has been redone and it is lovely inside. Everything was clean and communication was awesome--fast and accurate! The house was comfortable for a gathering of friends but had a view drawbacks. The arrangement was a little awkward. The back door exit is throught the master bedroom. You have to go through BR #2 to get to the master. They have added doors and made it work and look very nice--just a little awkward. Most of the nights we were there you could hear very loud music up into the night. I assume it came from the restaurant/bar Shuffles up the street, but it was VERY loud at times. Also (it could totally have been "user error" )but we were unable to get good programming on the TV. The house could also have used some additional towels, drinking glasses and kitchen linens. It was well stocked in other ways--plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, etc. Overall, it was nice and if not for the music, we would probably stay again.

Great property. Located in walking distance to the River Walk. Enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive and we were able to check in a little early.

Nice and close to it all!

The property is good and is as described. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy though. That is my only complaint. The host is super attentive and is very responsive.
