The interior has beautiful bamboo flooring in the bedroom and living room.
The house sits on a preservation lot off a quiet road off Memorial hwy with easy access to major highways such as I-4, I 275 and the Veterans Parkway. Furthermore it only 10 minutes away from Tampa International Airport. The house is within walking distance of Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts Supermarket and local Pubs/sportsbars. And only a 10 minutes drive from the house is Westshore Mall, International mall and Cirtus Park Mall. As far as things to do in the area goes, there is more than enough to keep one entertained.
There are gorgeous beaches, such as, Clearwater beach and St. Petersburg beach. Additionally, the very popular Busch Gardens theme park is under 15 minutes away. Lastly, the Rocky Creek golf course, known to be one of the nicest in the area, can be reached in less than a 10 minute drive. There are many popular restaurants nearby, such as Chili’s, Carrabbas, the Outback, Longhorn, Flamestone, Beachwood, Cheesecake Factory and many, many more.

This is a great location and a wonderful house. Everything we needed for cooking was readily available. We played pool one night, which was great. There was ample room for a group of adults to have privacy snd stikl share common soaces.

Very comfortable stay

I was in Florida for three weeks mostly working but did have a few friends join me and we had a great time. The house is as pictured and had everything you need for a great stay. The pool table was an added bonus. The beds are good and there plenty of room for a much larger group than we had. I hope to stay here again.

Tree House Stay

We had a great time staying at the Tree House! The house was very clean and accommodated exactly what we were looking for. When needed anything, Javier was prompt to answering any questions and taking care of any issues that came up. They went out of their way to drop off some toys for my daughter to play with, which was above and beyond. Thanks for our stay and we will be back !

We were last minute from Louisville, Kentucky. Wanted to take our sons on Spring break to the beach. Not far from so many beaches. We went to a different one everyday. I can't say enough good things about Javier and this home!

I contacted Javier, in a panic, when the home we had originally rented did not work out. He was very happy to accommodate us! He met us at the home, showed us around and even helped carry in our luggage. The Treehouse was the perfect home away from home! It was spotless, nicely decorated and had everything we needed including outlet protectors to keep our little ones safe. After having such a bad experience with the home we had originally rented, I was almost in tears about how great this house was. Javier was willing to help out in anyway possible and stayed in close contact with us through the week. I would 110% recommend this house and we will definitely be staying here when we come back to Tampa!

Treehouse visit

Met with my son and his family for a long overdue visit and this was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each others company. It was nice and clean and check in was quick and simple. We received a text the morning of check in letting us know we could check-in 3 hours earlier than expected. The downstairs area was amazing and just as described. We all enjoyed playing pool and all the games. The kitchen was great and well stocked. The only downside was it was closer to a busy road than what I expected which was fine but we had a four year old. The TV is streaming only, no local channels...that was my fault. That wasn't high on my priorities list. All in all I would highly recommend this property especially if you are looking for a nice place to relax and visit with family.

Me, my wife and kids stayed at this property for a week. We arrived a couple of hours early, thankfully the host let us check in early. There was no welcome packet, telling you anything about the house or things to do. The house was decently clean. We noticed there was a fist print on the fridge door and a punch hole through one bedroom door. The neighboring properties play loud music all night and were screaming and yelling. The filter on the fridge hasn’t been changed. We got a cup of water from the fridge and there was particles floating in the water. Where the water comes out of the fridge, it was full of black mold. There were only three wash cloths, so I had to run to the Publix, which was conveniently located, and got more wash cloths and laundry detergent. There was no broom to sweep the floors. The grass looked like it hasn’t been mowed in a month or better. There is constant traffic up and down the road. Loud cars and motorcycles all day/night long, so you couldn’t get a good nights rest. Clearwater, Reddington Beach and Indiana Rocks were all nearly an hour away from this property. I got a message from the host the evening before our checkout, saying checkout was at 10AM the next morning. The listing said checkout is at 11AM. The morning we left, we were greeted by a rat, running underneath a door under the house. Overall, we are definitely not satisfied.

Javier and Dianne were absolutely amazing to work with! They really made our family feel welcome into their home. We made it a little early and they accommodated us by letting us at least unpack our bags while we went to the grocery store! We really enjoyed our vacation in that beautiful place. The house was very clean so I didn't worry for my baby crawling around. It was fun for the other children too. The location is perfect with great surroundings and an awesome view. You may never want to leave the house!
