No smoking is allowed in the apartment. No parties are allowed. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in a damages fee and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and report to VRBO.

• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

• There is a shared laundry room available for use and it costs $1.50 per load.
• We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
