The house was amazing. Colin is a great host and very responsive. Perfectly located to all the different activities you will want to enjoy in Scottsdale. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect set up for our family including 2 children in their 20's. The large open living/dining/kitchen provided plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well-stocked and includes plenty of counter space. We especially enjoyed the glass "garage door" that opens up to the covered patio. The pool and integrated hot tub were enjoyed daily. The property is well-maintained. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but also walking distance from a grocery store and local coffee spot. We highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at Collin’s place! He was an excellent host — super responsive, organized, and accommodating. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and there were tons of bath and pool towels, which we appreciated. The location was perfect — close to Old Town but still quiet and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.
