Where you’ll sleep:

🛏️ Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

✅ All linens and towels, including hot tub towels
✅ Up to 2 dogs welcome with an additional fee of $75 per dog (automatically applied if pup(s) added to reservation)
✅ We provide a starter amount of trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. You may need to purchase more of some items depending on your consumption and length of stay

We are available from 9 AM to 6 PM EST every day, and we make every effort to monitor messages after hours. While there is no on-site or after-hours maintenance or staff, we will always do our best to assist. In the case of an emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services.

You will receive a message with detailed check-in instructions, including your door code, 3 days prior to your arrival. Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM.

✅ We do not allow parties, drugs, or smoking on the property. Max of 4 people.
✅ A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. If you have questions before booking, please message the host. We reserve the right to request ID to complete the booking process.
✅ Security cameras are located at the exterior door of this property.
✅ Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and fully vaccinated. $75 fee per dog (for up to 2 dogs). Dogs should be kept off furniture/linens unless covered. Sorry, no cats allowed.
✅ Must be 21 to stay (children w/ guardians allowed)
✅ Due to the open loft style of the bedroom, small children must always be supervised when upstairs
✅ Neighborhood quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM
✅ Use of hot tub is at your own risk. Guests must be 18 years or older to use without supervision.
✅ No fires allowed (including candles) except for in the fire pit – please note, the fire pit may not be used during burn bans
✅ Maximum of 2 vehicles (RVs/ boats are not permitted) – please inquire before booking if you are bringing a trailer so we can help assess if it will fit!
✅ We do not offer cable, but the TV is fitting with streaming capabilities
✅ While our property is professionally cleaned after every stay, please be aware that our home is dog-friendly, and there may be some dog hair or dander present. If anyone in your party has allergies to dogs, this property will not be suitable for you.
✅ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as we do not offer refunds for situations beyond our control unless the home itself is not habitable. All date changes are subject to our cancellation policy.
✅ Bears are common in the area, however they are wild animals and should not be approached if encountered. Avoid leaving any food items outside and always lock car and house doors, as curious bears can cause damage.
✅ While this cabin is NOT located on steep mountain roads, the last 200ft of the neighborhood road is loose gravel/dirt and we do recommend AWD/4WD when visiting the area in the winter months


Failure to comply with the house rules may result in being asked to leave and/or being charged a fee plus damages.

Guest receives 100.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
