Great view of Diamond Head from this room! Just steps away froom the beach, and a few more from ocean! Fantastic restaurants near, the Honolulu zoo, and a convenience store right around the corner. Room has a small fridge, cooking items, decent space, and friendly staff. I'd stay again, sure. Some noise from the club nearby. Not a big deal. A bit of construction going on, but that can happen. I was surfing, not worried about much else.
Lovely stay! The balcony view was my favorite part, location is close to everything you need. Pictures did justice, however, it does feel a tad smaller than pics. The music from the bar right below wasn’t too loud for me with the noise of the fan going. I felt very safe, especially being a young female alone for a full night. Would stay again!

The host was fine. The view was great but the room could use a major refresh. The room is right above a bar that hosts dance parties etc until 2am. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep even with ear plugs and a pillow over my head. My partner and I spent 3 nights in Waikiki and were sleep deprived the whole time. I reread the room description after the first night and did see the owners said it was "discounted" due to the bar, but it actually ruined our stay.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
We received poor instructions about check-in process--there was no obvious parking and the only way we could communicate was via text which was difficult. We drove around (a large block in a strange place) a couple of times trying to find out where to park to even get to check in. When we got into the room, the dead bolt on the door didn't work; the door stuck when you were trying to open it; the drapes (with a view to Waikiki) weren't functional--you couldn't open them at the opening to the sliding glass door--in fact on one side they were ragged and decaying as if with age; the floor was dirty; there were guests or a nightclub next door or at least very close by that played loud music with a reverberating beat until 2-3 am making it hard to sleep. the room was cramped with no space for luggage. We did not enjoy our stay in this property. I would not recommend this property unless improvements are made even though the location itself was a good one.
Clean place, easy check in process. Perfect location on the beach. Accessible free parking close by.

Room 311. Absolutely beautiful view from the lanai. Worth the price of the rental. Would have been nice for the room to have equaled the view in quality. Bed was comfy for us (soft)Air conditioner was adequate for the season. On the down side: fridge door opens from the wrong side and dangerous for fall for us seniors, Curtains were awful and worn out. Pulls were broken and removed, I replaced and adjusted. We were renting for 3 weeks so I spent the first day doing Handyman things. The whole suite needs deep cleaning. Beach chairs and other take out things on lanai are just garbage. Electrical wiring totally inadequate for the use of the suite, (cords and adapters running everywhere)Room smells musty after rain that leaks under windows to lanai and soaks into curtains. Burned out light bulbs in lights over counters and bed. The short comings that could have been easily fixed was a real let down and really took away from our stay.
What a great spot. Could use some new Curtains but otherwise a great Room. Across from the Zoo and close to Beach. Just be mindful if you have a young one, there's a Bar downstairs... So be prepared for late night MUSIC
The sun deck on the 10th floor was the prize for this day. The room was clean, accommodating, and we will return. The bar on the floor below us music was a little loud, but it didn’t keep us awake. A little bit of noise, but that wasn’t the end of the world. They provided everything we needed. We will come back.
Lovely stay & a perfect location. So close to beach & shops. Quite a compact unit & a small dark bathroom but overall comfortable & a lovely view from the deck. Loud late night music downstairs might put some off but we didn’t mind it. Air conditioning a bit tired & noisy but overall we really enjoyed our stay
Small but cozy, close to everthing. Bar below is noisy but manageable. Quick response any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend. Everything u need for a quick gateway
Simple and clean. Was a little noisy from 10pm till around 1am. But fan and air conditioning was able to cover most of it. Denny’s next door had good breakfast. Location was great…very close to beach and shops
For the most part, everything was great. Only complaint is window conditioner didn't produce enough and was noisy right next to bed. Ceiling fan, standing fan and table fan all needed to be going for air. Everything else, check in, supplies, run in general and facilities were great.
Great location. Your about 1 1/2 block from Waikiki Beach. You have a restaurant and bar right there at the studio. The music does get a little loud at night, but it didn't bother me. Will book again.
At first we were taken back at how old it looked but really enjoyed the balcony and location. The restaurant is directly below it so you could here karaoke music at night hut it was ok. It was clean and good value. One block from beach and a nice view of queen Kapiolani park, Diamonhead and peek a boo view of beach.
Overall, a great stay! Place was very clean and the location was awesome. As indicated in other post for this property, the night club can get a bit load, but for the most part we slept through it. Our host (Mark) has an office onsite and responded to any questions I had immediately! I would recommend this property for a stay in Waikiki!
