⭒⭑Aloha from the Tropics⭑⭒
One of the things that makes Hawaii so special is its beautiful tropical environment. Geckos and other native wildlife are a natural part of island life and play an important role in the local ecosystem.

To provide the most comfortable experience possible, our condo is professionally treated on a regular quarterly schedule for common household pests.
While indoor sightings are uncommon, the tropical climate means that an occasional insect or gecko may still find its way inside.
Mahalo for your understanding as you enjoy all the beauty that comes with paradise!

* NOISE * this apartment is in very close proximity to the onsite bar and is subject to noise. Please note that Waikīkī is a lively, urban neighborhood with nearby restaurants, nightlife, and ongoing city activity. While the building observes quiet hours, some street or music noise may be heard at times, especially on weekends or during events. Earplugs are provided for guest comfort.

Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects. While it is rare to see such inside the apartment, it is always possible given our environment. This is exacerbated especially in the case of dirty dishes, trash, & if leftover food is left unattended or out in the open. Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the condo. Please let us know if you see anything in excess so we can send out pest control, but unless harmful, this does not constitute a refund.
