We had a wonderful stay in Panama City Beach! Communication with Chad was excellent from start to finish — he was quick to respond and even helped us extend our stay on short notice, which we really appreciated. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. It also worked out great for our small children — safe, convenient, and plenty of space for them to play and relax. Check-in and check-out were for the most part easy. And the view — absolutely breathtaking! We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

So nice, we came back!

This was our second time staying here. It is an absolutely beautiful and clean condo! We enjoyed the heated pool, onsite restaurant, and quick walk to the beach. Lots to do in the area within a short drive. Check in process was super easy as well.

The Miller family moved to Panama City Beach in 1996. We own Miller & Associates Realty and have been selling condominiums at Edgewater and other resorts since 1997. We purchased Edgewater Tower III-204 in May of 2000 and have been renting it directly through VRBO ever since.
