Stayed for the second time in less than a year...just as good as we remembered

Property was very well appointed with great instructions / communication from the property manager. A 100 year old home, but very well laid out and plenty of room for everyone. Good location and very secure. Hope to stay again!

Robert was nice and responded quickly when I asked a question but the door knob fell off as soon as we opened the door making it difficult to get out. I called Robert asking to have it fixed but no one ever showed up. Also the stairway bannister was loose, making it a little scary walking up the steep stairs. Also mentioned it right away even giving him permission to come in and fix it while we were gone.

As soon as you reported the door knob issue, our team was dispatched and did visit the property while you and your group were out at dinner to address it. We take safety-related concerns seriously and acted promptly to resolve the situation. Regarding the stairway banister, this required a more involved repair than initially anticipated. While it could not be fully completed during your stay, it was resolved immediately after your departure. We always strive to address any issues as quickly as possible and make every reasonable effort to minimize disruption to our guests. In this case, our team did respond and take action in real time.
