A cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit in a corner lot duplex, in the center of Jacksonville Beach is waiting for you. Walking distance to coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach makes this the ideal location for your visit to our beautiful city.
Super comfortable downstairs unit with no steps and recently remodeled, it has everything you need for a fully facilitated stay.

Great for people looking for a getaway filled with fun and the beach life that our city has to offer but it is also a good location if you are visiting the Mayo clinic, about a 15 minute drive (5 miles).

Communication with host was great. Easy to get into the rental. I thought we’d arrive two hours after check in but made it on time. The previous rental needed a repair and it had not yet been taken care of. We headed out to dinner and they took care of it ASAP. It was fixed before our return. As a 50 year old, a good mattress is very important. A platform bed, lower and no box spring, made for a rough sleep. The twin bed one of our girls slept in needs a few tightened screws to stop the creaking with every move. I did appreciate the darkening shades in the bedrooms. The shower/bath was decent, but could use a fan for the steam and fresh towels. The kitchen was great, plenty of pots, dishes, etc. Washer & dryer were great. I didn’t realize there was a rental on the second story. It was empty most of the time we were there. The night the guests arrived I woke the next morning to hearing them pretty clearly. Location was a few blocks from the beach. Great location off the path. Parking was easy. Great price point.

My sisters came to visit and we had a wonderful weekend at the property. It was clean, bright, modernized, safe and well stocked with all the essentials. The owner communicated with us and we had a fantastic time.

Great home near the beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It is a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. There was no shortage of fun activities. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing but you are just minutes from all of the action in Jax Beach. Check in and out was very easy and we had great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!
