About this property

View of the basin - 3 bedrooms for 6 people

This villa is located on the charming little square of the smallest village in the Arcachon Basin on the Cap-Ferret side, "Le Four Sud", a few meters from the slipway and the beach on the basin side.

Also available on GDC.

There are views from the 1st floor master bedroom as well as from the living room and terrace.

Le Four Sud is located just before the villages of Jacquets and Petit Piquey.

Everything is done by bicycle, Piraillan or Claouey markets for equi-distance and Super U of Claouey for larger races.

Ocean beaches (supervised or not depending on your swimming level) in 20 minutes by bike via the cycle path, direction Le Truc Vert…

Great spot near the beach in cosy location

Well equipped house withe direct access to waterfront and in a very cosy quiet location. Shops are about 5min away as well as restaurants. 1 thing the house could really do with is airco. The upper bedroom gets really hot under the roof.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour au cœur du village du Four. Vue superbe sur le bassin. Emplacement idéal pour des vacances au calme. Aucun commerces dans le village mais ce n’est pas un problème puisque le village du Petit Piquey est à 5min à pied où vous trouverez de bons commerces de bouches. Je recommande.
