A 2-br spacious walk-up condo in a gated complex ON THE BEACH. Best beach in Puerto Rico and one of the best in the Caribbean: spanning from wind-protected park-side swimming pool-like beach to shallow waters right in front of the property and then to surfing training sites. 15 min from the El Yunque National Forest (with its waterfalls and ziplines) and 3 min to best restaurants on the beach. Only 30 min from the Airport and 45 min from downtown San Juan.

Property is fully furnished in antique colonial style and includes large, partially covered, patio facing tropical forest, with Coqui frogs singing all night; outdoor grill; hi-speed wi-fi; cable TV; three A/Cs; ceiling fans; two assigned parking spaces; large kitchen with everything you need and more.

Cute condo beautiful beach

The condo was all that we needed. Nothing fancy. The beach was amazing tho. Steps from the condo and so peaceful and not crowded at all. Just beautiful. Not sure I would choose this area again tho. The luquillo kiosks are very close and so is the rainforest.

Great stay in Luquillo

Family of five and we enjoyed our trip. Check in was easy and the place was clean and comfortable. It is very tricky to get to and when the Luquillo beach is crowded it can be downright difficult. If you want to relax and enjoy the patio and semi-private beach through the locked gate- it’s wonderful. It is a beach property so be prepared for some mustiness until the AC gets going and they all worked great. You just need to turn them completely off when not in use so they don’t keep blowing humid musty air when not cooling. Overall would recommend. The nearby Luquillo beach is great for boogie boarding

I am glad all went well. Will add exact GPS coordinates for the location, although Punta Bandera is clearly identifiable on the Google Maps. I could not understand the alleged problem with "crowded beach"-- the one on which the property is located is never crowded and is directly accessible. Finally, the main AC in the living room alone is sufficient to keep moisture out for the whole place if bedroom doors are open. I may amend instructions accordingly.
