Could have been better

Nice property, perfect location, many maint issues that should have been checked prior to rental, maint issues not what you want to schedule while on vacation. Very noisy courtyard early in the morning. No hot water in kitchen and no gas or heat.

Run, Run, Run Away!

Upon arrival, the keys were not in the lockbox as expected. Had to wait an hour and half, before they were delivered.Upon arrival at Apartment no electricity, water, or internet The Listing also showed TV cable availability—none was there.That evening realized kitchen faucet sprayed water all over the kitchen, and lightbulbs were missing from fixtures.Our first morning in Paris, we woke to no hot water. We waited 3 days for it to be fixed (we are not used to ice cold showers)(Note: When we were considering renting the apartment, we noticed that there had been problems with the hot water before. When we emailed Diane about the current status of the water, she assured us that this had been taken care of.)3 Days later we were attempting to use the oven and gas side of the stove, neither one of which worked.With 6 days left to our stay we awoke to no heat, which had previously been working.We finally left with 2 days on our rental and returned to the states.
