Penthouse 7th floor condo in the heart of Pigeon Forge right off the parkway. Views of the mountains and downtown. Voted best condo resort in previous years. Less than 1 mile to dinner shows, Wonder Works, Wax Museum, Titanic Museum. Less than 1.5 miles to premier shopping and Dollywood. Less than 3 miles to Cal Ripken sports complex. Perfect location for all the car shows and Rod Run/sports competitions/Cheer competitions etc. 15 minute drive straight up the parkway to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. Just a short walk to nearby restaurants or the Trolley stop that will take you around Pigeon Forge

This is an amazing, clean, welcoming condo in a prime location., easy access to Dunkin , walking to various restaurants and the Trolley.The owners are very friendly and available to answer any question in a timely manner. Check in process is super easy. Would definitely reserve again the next time we are in the area!

Perfect spot for the Kal Ripken baseball World Series. Most of our team stayed in one of the condo buildings and the boys played in the pool and in the open area. Very clean! And easy checkin/checkout!

First, Corrie is a super host. Quick to respond to any questions. Responded quickly to our desire to add some days to our stay. Unit was clean, quiet, as advertised, and had all needed supplies. We have stayed in this unit multiple times and have found the unit exceptional each time. Unit has a great view of the parkway and mountains in he distance. Highly reccomend both for the unit and the host.

Outstanding Condo in Every Way!

Condo was very clean and was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. Loved the extra touches like the free coffee/tea. Kitchen had all the appliances and dishware to make it feel like home, which worked out great for us. All the seating in the living room area was very comfortable and the views from the windows and balconies were incredible! Beds were also super comfortable and hosts had plenty of extra bedding on hand. Decor was nice, too! Condo location is perfect. Right on the strip but set back from the road so it's not noisy. Close to everything from the attractions, restaurants shopping and more in both Sevierville and Pigeon Forge and only a very short and simple drive to Gatlinburg. Very easy check in and out process and communication with the hosts was a breeze! Lots of free parking right outside the condo building. Couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks! We will definitely book with you again.

Outstanding place to stay

The location was wonderful, right on the main road, but you also have the Smokey Mountains in the background. The condo itself was outstanding, it felt like a second home. It was very clean, comfortable and the amenities and small touches were wonderful. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

This condo was, by far, the prettiest sand cleanest I’ve stayed in while in the area. The owner was super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The little touches, such as the mints, made it even better. It was stocked with anything I might need. We will definitely be back to this condo in the future.

This property is well kept and beautiful. Wonderful location in Pigeon Forge with a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. The property owners are great when it communication! The only thing that needs to be fixed is the front door. I was a bit difficult to open once the code was entered. Overall I would stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling with 6 or less ppl. There were two adults and two kids in my family. I’d give it a 10 out of 10 🤩

The location is unbeatable. You are in the middle of all the action yet can get away to the mountains in a short quick drive. The views are fantastic. The top floor is quiet and peaceful. The condo complex is consistently rated as one of the best in Pigeon Forge.
You have access to an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, playground, picnic area, grills, and a peaceful walking trail through the condo grounds. The condo complex has respectful quiet hours. It is decorated in a barn wood/ adventure theme and is very cozy to make you feel right at home.

What makes this property unique

Ease of access-parking and elevator are a breeze! The pools are beautiful and open year round. Views are amazing! Decor is warm and designed to make you feel at home.
