Experience the seclusion and serenity of this large house surrounded by nature. It is in a quiet private location, with a lake, dune, and ocean view. You will not have to leave the house to enjoy the Oregon Coast view. You must drive to the dunes or beach via car/highway. This house is very special, and we ask all guests stay with care.

This is a custom house built in the 1980's. Some of the redwood timbers to build the house were from an old mill in Northern California. To access the house, there is 1/2 mile of gravel road off highway 101. The gravel road may have potholes or children playing, so drive slowly. There is no direct access to dunes. You have to trailer your OHVs to a nearby staging area.

Guests will have access to the entire house, except no access to the garages or outbuildings. Please respect the 2 neighbors who also live along the road, and do not enter their private property.

Living with wildlife: In the summer months, small bats roost in the cedar siding. They are cool to watch fly around at dawn and dusk while they feed on insects. To keep them outside, we recommend you keep windows and doors closed that don't have screens at night.

We live nearby, so if you need us we are a call away. Otherwise you will have your privacy.

Great quite place to stay

This place was amazing! Great place to stay for large groups we had 8 people for some weekend golfing. Great big front room that everyone could hang out and everyone had there own bed. The host where very great to work with

Yearly Dunes Trip

Todd and Greta were great hosts, the house was just as listed. We loved the location without any neighbors extremely close to be bothered by our kids. Would recommend this house for all functions. Lots of parking for trailers down the hill before the house in the field. Not a lot of room up at the house to turn a trailer around, plan on disconnecting your trailer in the field below the house to make it easier if you have more than one trailer in your group. We had 3 20’ plus long trailers and did not know what the parking was at the house.

Amazing place!

We weren’t sure what to expect at the property but it was an incredible place to spend a rainy, cozy weekend. We loved the cleanliness, the fireplace, the great kitchen, the comfy rooms and beds, and the easy check in/check out. Highly recommend!
