Located on the garden level (level -1 without elevator) of the PANORAMA residence, pleasant type 2 apartment offering an entrance, a living/dining room (1 sofa bed (140 cm)) opening onto a sea view terrace, a fitted and equipped kitchenette area, a bedroom including a bed (140 cm) and a mezzanine bed (90 cm), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The “Grande Plage” is accessible on foot (150 m) via a staircase.
Common areas offering a windsurfing room and a bicycle room.
Capacity: 5 people maximum.
Pets NOT ALLOWED.
Contribution to WATER and ELECTRICITY charges on meter readings from October 1 to April 1.
