About the host
Hosted by Joseph H. Deacon III
My wife and I live a few blocks from this property along with our kids and dog. We purchased this building in 2016 and completed a full renovation in 2017. We hope you enjoy the Loft, as we put a lot of thought into the design and amenities.
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is known as the East End, a unique residential area between the state capitol and downtown. We love architecture of the early 20th century home's and the proximity to anything we need. It’s a melting pot of good people!
What makes this property unique
We’ve been fortunate to complete a few renovation projects. This space is still one of my favortiee and is unlike any of the others!
