This property was just right for our purposes! We were visiting relatives in the area. It was great to have a relaxing conversation on the back porch swing. I liked the neighborhood because the houses were well kept and it felt relatively safe for us.

Bedroom mattresses were very comfortable. Modern kitchen appliances with many amenities like icemaker, spices, soy sauce, and oil. The neighborhood was quiet with dark out curtains in the bedrooms. Parking in front of the house or in the carport at the back of the house made it easy for unloading-reloading. There was plenty of hot water for taking showers.

House was close to restaurants and off street parking was nice. It was very clean and was in a nice neighborhood. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house because we were visiting family who live in the area, but it was in a quiet area and bed was comfortable.

My overall impression of this property was it was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean it was in a very nice neighborhood The owners of the property was awesome I had to call her one time about how to turn the heat on she was Johnny on the spot making sure I knew exactly what to do everything was written and playing instructions on how to get in and out and where everything was. She also made sure I knew how to use my Wi-Fi if I needed to I had her local phone number if I needed it. I couldn't have asked for a better trip or a better place to come to spend my mother's 89th birthday Thank you Kristen You were an awesome host. I will definitely be looking you back up again when I come home to visit my parents again.

Great place to chill. Quiet neighborhood and nice to have off-street parking. Place was immaculate, comfortable. Internet service was really good (it was a working trip). Very happy with this. When I come back to Charleston, this will definitely be my place of choice.
