This property was amazing! We had a large group with seven kids under the age of 12. The property was the perfect space for them to play outside, and the BEST beach access. So many amenities already on site that you really don’t need to bring anything! Communication with the host was fast and easy! We cannot wait to come— this is a new favorite for our family!

The house was absolutely perfect for our trip. The backyard area was unbelievable with the pool, ping pong tables, and corn hole boards. I would highly recommend this property. Close to golf courses, restaurant and the beach as well.

Spacious, attractive home with great gathering areas, beautiful pool and large covered back porch for lounging, dining, grilling or ping pong. Seating area in covered front porch, too. Also pretty bedroom areas to escape to when necessary. The kitchen is well appointed and laid out - we had 3 families in there preparing things and it worked fine. 2 dishwashers were a plus. Our group was six adults and 4 kids and the space was ample. It's in a great neighborhood with quick trip to several beach access spots. Not far from cute downtown and a bunch of seafood joints. Don't miss Gould's Inlet at low tide - lots of sea life in tidal pools for the kids to explore.

The Palm is a delightful vacation getaway. The 7 of us--ages 34-72--enjoyed every bit of our stay. The owner has clearly taken great care in creating a high quality home, with attention to every detail. It is more expensive that some SSI properties, and it is absolutely worth it.
