Sublime sea view of the islands of Levant and Port Cros. Garden level of the villa completely independent from the upper part. 10 minutes walk from the port (350 metres) and the beautiful large beach of Lavandou and 20 minutes walk from the beach of Saint Clair. Activities, shops, bars, restaurants... everything on foot!
Parking spaces are always available in front of the gate. Garden with several terraces to enjoy the sea view. As an extension of the ground floor, enjoy the wooden terrace with its swimming pool and enjoy all your meals while admiring the islands. Private terraces, swimming pool and garden entirely reserved for tenants.
Sailing club at 350 metres, diving club, tennis club, Lavandou golf course, superb cycle paths and hikes in the heights. We are at the start of the beautiful bormes stone staircase to join the ridge road.
Enjoy the many activities of Le Lavandou throughout the year. We also recommend visits to the vineyards. A modern cinema also awaits you!

Perfect vacation

Really nice house above the village. Spectacular view from the wooden terasse. Clean and serviced pool. The 3rd room is quite small, also one of the bathrooms, perfect for 4 people. Very well equipped kitchen.

This excellent apartment is very comfortable and has a stunning view of the bay.The outdoor area includes a pool and terrace overlooking the garden and sea beyond. The kitchen and dining area are well sized, and the bedrooms are well appointed, with air-conditioning throughout. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances ; nous avons résolu les problèmes rencontrés au début avec l'aide de Chantal.Lors de la réservation, il faut simplement savoir que les propriétaires occupent une partie de l'étage supérieur de la maison, ce qui, à notre avis, n'est pas clairement indiqué sur le site de réservation.Dans l'ensemble, cependant, c'est une très belle maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.

Un havre de paix

Une très jolie partie d’une maison avec piscine et une vue imprenable sur la baie. A quelques minutes du centre à pieds, rien à dire, c’était savoureux ! Encore merci Chantal pour son accueil, tout était parfait.
