This condo has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation at the beach!! Flexible on change-over dates.! 1,280 square feet. 26 ft. by 8 ft. private oceanfront balcony with sliding glass doors from the living/dining room and master suite. Master Suite has King-size bed. Master Bath has large Marble shower. Hall bath has Marble Tub/Shower Combination. Both bathrooms have chair-height commodes. Lots of storage throughout. Tile Floors throughout. Flat-Screen televisions in the living room (65 inch), master suite and guest bedroom. Small complex, just 19 units. Oceanfront Pool. On No-Drive Beach. Full-size Washer/Dryer in unit. Sofa and Loveseat in Living Room. Guest Bedroom has Queen bed and Twin bed. Private internet and WIFI, cable TV.
One reserved, covered parking space is 100 feet from entry door--on the same level. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. NO BOATS, TRAILERS or RVs are permitted.

The condo is perfect. Loved the large balcony. Not sure about grass planted on the beach. It was rough waters so we didn't have beach until the tide went out. Nevertheless it was a wonderful vacation.

This property has a great view of the ocean and is a very short drive to some fantastic local restaurants. We loved it and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay!!!

My girlfriend, two kids and I stayed here for a week. It is a wonderful condo on an excellent beach. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The host is very responsive and wonderful to work with. We are already looking at dates to go again next year.

Sea Fern 201 was so clean and stocked with everything anyone could need and it is beautifully furnished! We were totally impressed with the location and the view and want to make this our "home away from home".

The place was perfect. Everything was clean and updated. The view is amazing. Parking being steps from the door and still having a second floor balcony is the perfect set up. The host was so easy to work with on check in. We would love to go back in the future!

AMAZING Oceanfront Condo!!!!

This oceanfront condo was amazing, very clean, and comfortable! The view of the ocean and pool was like no other. It is located in the perfect area of Daytona Beach Shores and in the section where you can't park on the beach which is much more enjoyable when you want to relax on the beach without hearing car engines all day. Dan is a phenomenal host and an extremely great communicator. Dan, thank you so much again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. We will definitely be back to stay again in the near future. I highly recommend renting this condo. You will not regret it!

Take me back!

We had a wonderful week! First, communication with Dan was great. He was quick to respond to any question I had. He also made the entire process very simple. We loved that the door unlocked with a key code. The condo is very spacious and is so well-stocked! The furnishings are a little outdated, but even so, everything was very clean, which is the most important to me. Then, there is the view! There is no way to even start to explain how incredible the view is! Plus, there is a HUGE balcony to sit on and enjoy the view. I'm still amazed how uncrowded the beach was. It felt like we had our own private beach! Plus, access to the beach and to parking is the easiest we've ever experienced, and we've rented many, many beach condos. I've already told Dan - we will be back!

Wow! Excellent Experience!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. From the very first communication with the owner, we were impressed. Carol was VERY responsive to any questions we had from the time we made our reservation to after we checked out. She made our stay here very comfortable. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen items (dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, you name it) and lots of other items as well. The entire condo was very comfortable and we loved the location for the activities we had planned. Carol came to the condo to greet us shortly after we arrived, and she offered us additional ideas for things to do and restaurants to try. We loved meeting her and took her advice on several of her suggestions. The property is exactly as described. We hope to return to the Daytona area again in the next few years, and we will definitely contact Carol again to see if this unit is available. Did I mention the view is out of this world? It really is! Thank you, Carol, for all of your help during our stay; and thank you for greeting us in person . . . we appreciate everything you did for us to make our visit an outstanding one!

Dan was very communicative on check in and check out. Condo was clean and well stocked. Walk from condo to our beach chairs was around under 100 yards including a flight of steps which was great!! Very quiet area Of Daytona Beach Shores.

Was very clean , great location , private beach so not to many people and plenty of room , the condo itself was perfect , manager had plenty of games and stocked condo for all another odds and ends you could need with beach chairs , toys for the kids .big balcony is always a plus couldn't asked for a better place to stay. Hands down amazing. The checking in process and checking out was on point and was very easy as well. Definitely will be staying here again. Exceeded Expectations!

With respect to the amenities we wanted and the price we were willing to pay, this unit scores a 10 out of 10. First, communication with Dan was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and well-organized, so our preparations were completely anxiety free. Second, this unit was probably the best-stocked condo we’ve ever booked through VRBO. Everything from the kitchen appliances/utensils to bedding/furnishings to paper/cleaning supplies to pool/beach items exceeded our expectations. And the first thing we noticed when entering was the fresh and clean smell that greeted us. Finally, the unit, itself, was exactly as described. You can’t beat the unit’s location on a no-car portion of the wide and clean beach. Great restaurants were within a short walk or drive. But -- and perhaps the feature we enjoyed the most – the balcony was spacious, well-appointed, and gave us one of the best direct ocean views we’ve ever enjoyed. Now this might not be the unit for you if you are looking for the newest decor and updates or the freshest coat of paint, but it exceeded our expectations and we would certainly consider it a “best value.” We did quite a bit of comparison shopping, and its pricing for this area and the amenities it offered just couldn’t be beat. We will certainly be reaching out to Dan the next time we plan a trip to the Daytona Beach area.

This was an amazing condo!

My family and I loved it! The location was great, we had everything we needed-boogie boards, tons of games, plenty of towels, and so much more. Mrs. Carol was so helpful, answered all of our quesions and made sure our trip was perfect. We can't wait to come back!

Peaceful Retreat

This condo was perfect. The oversized balcony with an amazing view made my stay in FL relaxing and peaceful. The condo is decorated beautifully and had all the amenities you need. The king size bed was very comfortable. Covered parking just steps from the door was nice as I had a lot to carry into the condo. Lovely condo on the beach that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. On top of everything else, Carol was an incredible host. She was more than accommodating and extremely helpful in answering numerous questions I had about the area. If this beautiful condo is available on the dates you need...book it! You won’t regret it!

We have been vacationing at Daytona Beach Shores for several years. This is by far one of the best and cleanest condos we have ever stayed at. Some of the things we enjoyed was the newly renovated kitchen,the spacious living room area with big screen tv and the big balcony with very comfortable furniture. Everything is very convenient, from the covered parking space to the easy access of the no drive beach. Carol is one of a kind. She was always available and very helpful if we had any questions. She is one of the nicest condo owners we have ever dealt with. We were very impressed by the way she stocks the condo with paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

This is THE BEST there is! Small complex means no crowded beach and pool areas! Unit is kid-friendly

From the moment we booked the condo with Carol to the very end of our week, this beach vacation was the absolute best we have ever had! That may not mean so much to most of you, but my parents owned a condo for 8 years just a few blocks down and, even able to stay at my parent’s unit for free, Carol’s unit has far surpassed any experience we ever had elsewhere! Since the sale of my parent’s condo, we have stayed at 3 different properties (all in VRBO) with Carol’s being the third. At the end of our week, our family of four took a vote and the vote was unanimous to return to Carol’s condo next vacation – this is a first! Carol has the best communication of any owner we have dealt with. Shortly after placing the deposit on the condo, Carol contacted us and continued to do so throughout our trip and even after. She even took the time to let us know of a Rocket Launch from the Kennedy Space Center on September 9th. Carol also stocks this unit more than I have ever seen! She is so gracious to stock; dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, dishwashing soap, plastic bags, laundry soap and dryer sheets, bar soap for the bath, toilet paper and more! Our favorites: NO KEYS NEEDED! Unit door has an automatic Schlage dead bolt. COVERED PARKING: Same level as unit. PORCH: the largest we have experienced and comfortable furniture BEDROOM FURNITURE: beds/pillows are awesome. Our entire family gets chiropractic care every month. Good bedding is crucial for us. GAME TABLE: Awesome for our card and board games! CHILD FRIENDLY: No breakable items everywhere and a TON of beach toys to use! EXCELLENT WATER PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE ACCESS TO POOL AND BEACH: The absolute best in the complex! Just a flight of stairs – right outside the front door – to the pool access and out to the beach. POOL: Nice and clean with area to shower off and rinse beach items. (Instead of hauling our beach items up to the unit every time, we left our beach cart up against the wall, only during the day, and we had no problems with items being taken.) BEACH: Small set of stairs off the pool deck and you’re on the beach! We all agreed that this 2nd story corner unit is much better than the first-floor units. It offers more privacy while relaxing on your spacious porch. RELAXED ATMOSPHERE: The complex rules are not overly imposing and really contribute to a good time to be had I have SO MUCH more to say, but the limited amount of characters given (2490) greatly reduces my review!
