3 beautiful bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen-size beds [160 x 200] and the third bedroom features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top); a cot can be added upon request. 1 shower room with a toilet and a separate toilet.

You can relax in a lovely, tree-lined, enclosed garden with parking, a patio, a barbecue, a lounge chair, and patio furniture. Children can play safely.

Just 5 minutes away: a bakery, fish market, butcher shop, florist, supermarket, bank, restaurant, pharmacy, and the large local market every Wednesday.
20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Soulac-sur-Mer, Gurp, and the Montalivet market (a magnificent beach and ideal for surfing).

25 minutes away, you’ll find the Verdon Ferry, which will let you take a day trip to Royan. You can cross on foot, by bike, or by car. The crossing takes 30 minutes.
All summer long, there are various village festivals, events, and fireworks displays.

Surrounded by the greatest châteaux of the Médoc, red wine lovers will find themselves about 40 minutes from Pauillac and St. Estèphe and their prestigious vineyards.
