Coastal theme decorated condo. Brand new remodel.Extended balcony facing the ocean, with West exposure guaranteeing spectacular sunsets. Located in the Apollo condominium, with the famous Sunset Grill Restaurant in the same building. Walking distance from bars, restaurants, shopping, and many more attractions.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

If it's a gulf view and easy beach access you want, this is it. Convenient restaurant in the building as well.

Amazing location and view!

You cannot beat this location! Beach access was so easy! Multiple shops and restaurants within a 20 minute walk. All the staff were friendly as well. Very secure facility with keys required at every entrance. Beautiful view, nicely redone kitchen and bathroom. The unit was not as clean as I was expecting upon arrival upon. Nice that they have beach equipment for use (chairs, cooler, umbrella) but an upgrade would be nice for the umbrellas as both were pretty banged up. Would stay here again!
