On the subject of counters, the custom quartz countertops provide a little extra luxury you're sure to appreciate. You'll also find an adjacent dining area and an inviting living area with a comfortable sofa and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Both bedrooms boast renovated en suites, with updates such as new floors, wall tiling, custom cabinets, and new custom-built showers. The primary bathroom even has its own stand-alone tub!
Additional features of this condo include central air-conditioning, a desk and chair in the main bedroom for remote work or schooling, plenty of beach and pool towels, and recessed LED lights for a warm, homey atmosphere.
