This is a great location on Marco island. Very clean, big balcony, a great space. The beaches were great, friendly people lots of hanging out in the water. And the pool was the perfect temperature. And it was great to have a restaurant right on site. Looking forward to coming back again and again.

The location is great and was a good value for the price. The unit was clean upon arrival and everything was operational. Whenever I reached out to the host prior to arrival, Rebecca was quick to respond and answered all my questions. My family and I looked forward to booking this unit again.

Amazing condo and owner communication! Our mother ended up in the hospital during our stay and the owner was so kind and flexible and helped us extend our stay. The condo and the view was amazing and had everything we needed!!

My daughter had drowned in the ocean. She was rushed to the emergency room in another city. We spent the first night of vacation in the ICU. Thank god she is okay. During this traumatic even, a set of room keys had been lost. The property owner was advised. We were charged 150.00 for a key. Very understanding owners. They love money.

Perfect!

This is a great condo right on the beach. Location is close to many restaurants and a little bit of shopping. Clean, spacious and very safe property. Had everything we needed to enjoy our days at the beach.

A lovely unit; impeccably clean with great views and a restaurant downstairs. Beautiful pool and ocean front. Not a bad comment but the furniture is a little faded stained chipped and peeling away from age and use. The unit could use an update and some TLC. Several marks on the walls. The blinds are missing at least two hanging shades. These didn’t take away the fact that it was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Just suggestions to make it competitive with other units and easier on guests not having to document existing wear n tear. We nevertheless would stay here again. Thank you Rebecca!

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay so much we are going back next Christmas. The place was so clean and decorated beautifully had everything we needed. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to our needs. The views were spectacular couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

Great property

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and suited all our needs. Nice to have a bar/restaurant right on location. The best part were catching the sunsets off the balcony every evening. Would definitely stay at this condo again.
