Newly Renovated Summer 2023 - Stunning! This three bedroom, two bath beachfront condo offers amazing views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Decorated in light coastal decor, this condo sleeps six. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed in the guest bedroom, and queen bed in the second guest bedroom. Large dining room table will comfortably seat your family. Additional three piece decorative cover converts table from dining room table to game top table.
There is a washer and dryer inside the condo for your use. The oversized balcony is 1270 square feet! Relax with a beverage on one of the loungers and watch the sunset or dine "alfresco" at the table! Amenities at Apollo include heated community pool, tennis courts, hot tub, fitness facility, and The Sunset Grill restaurant/bar on-site. Conveniently located in close proximity to several restaurants, shops and more. We invite you to join us for a relaxing island getaway!Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the high season (Mid December until May lst).Apollo registration fee $45 and a $75 hold which is returned on check out at the Apollo office when returning the parking tag. No parking tag returned then the $75 is charged. NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Good but not excellent
Nice place. TV did not work well in bedrooms. Bedrooms furniture was crowded . Sunset grill very convenient. Door hard to open. Keys were inconvenient but workable.

Very out dated!
Great location and large condo, however, this condo is needing a complete makeover. Outlets didn’t work in master bath, kitchen appliances are very old and in poor condition, pillows and bedding smelled grungy and to make things even worse everything was covered with mold and the smell of mildew was overwhelming. Owners seemed very nice but this condo should never have been rented out in this condition.

Amazing view
View was great. Bedding was outdated blinds need to be updated. Appliances need to be updated. The security of the grounds needs to be updated using keys is a major pain. Condo was very clean and bathroom where very nice. Pool was great for the kids.
