About this property

Steps to sand/2 King bedrooms/free laundry in unit

2- king bedroom, 2-bath gulfview, penthouse apartment in the heart of Marco Island at The San Marco Residences. The building is right across the street from the beach with a pathway directly across from the building. A close walk to both restaurants and entertainment. The location of this property is one of its best assets. Catty corner to the JW Marriott. This apartment is ideal if you don’t want to pay the high prices at the JW but still need to attend a wedding or a conference there.

The building boasts a heated pool, grill, tennis/pickleball court with racquets provided. We provide beach equipment, like beach chairs, towels, wagon, and toys. The unit has a free washer and dryer. Apparently some units in the building don’t have them, which I just learned. Enjoy the sunset on the balcony in the 2 Adirondack chairs or take your drink across the street to view from the beach.

The apartment is a spacious 1200 sq ft with 2 bedrooms. Each has a new king, Casper memory foam mattress and two ensuite bathrooms with generously sized showers. There is filtered ice in the fridge and we just installed a filtered water faucet in the kitchen sink for drinking water.

All new windows and roller shades have been installed. It is now quieter and the a/c works better now that the doors and windows seal.

The balcony has views of the beach and water and the building is across the street from a free, public beach access that has no parking, so only people that can walk there are able to use this access.

San Marco Residences has a large, sunny heated pool and a tennis/pickle ball court. There is also a grill for the building. We provide a rolling cart to bring your food down to the grill area with several grill tools.

We also provide a twin platform bed that is stored in the larger bedroom’s closet for your fifth guest. Let me know if you need it and I will set it up for you.

Please note, we just purchased this property and are in the process of the following improvements:
New windows and sliding doors (approximately July 2024)
New roller blinds

Also, the building is currently being painted, should last through summer 2024.

This condo is perfect in so many ways. Close to everything but what stands out is the little extras throughout rental. Basket of snacks or basket of toothbrush etc. or laundry pods. This condo has it all. We have stayed in probably 50 and this was by far the best all around

Great unit and location

We couldn’t have asked for anything to be different. Heather was a great host, readily available for questions, and she had snacks and drinks available for us at our check in. The condo is located directly across from the beach access point and offers beautiful views from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed spending Christmas here and would recommend the unit to anyone looking for a top-notch home away from home experience.

Perfect for the family

We stayed in Marco for 4 days for a wedding. The location was perfect, the public beach access is right across the street! We could be out the door and on the beach in minutes. The condo was perfect for our family of four. One bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom and lots of closet space. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with another full bathroom and closet. Kitchen and living area are roomy and had lots of amenities. The bag of ice in the freezer was a nice touch! The balcony had chairs and tables and looks right out to the ocean. They supplied beach chairs and toys, a wagon and towels. There is also a pool and tennis court and free parking! It was really perfect for our needs. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. if we go back to Marco we would definitely stay here again.
