The property was very spacious, comfortable and accommodated all 14 guests. The outdoor areas were exceptional. Great location near all the activities for the Ozark Shootout. Would recommend this property to any large groups wishing to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks region.

Location was beautiful. House was large with many things to do to keep everyone entertained. There were very few towels and no beach towels, so if you go pack your own beach towels.

The property was perfect for our guys golf trip. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the view of the lake in the afternoon after golf. Communication with the host was easy and he responded quickly. The only thing I could add was a can opener would have been helpful, we could not find a can opener in the kitchen. If we go back to the Ozarks we will stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family vacation with my children and grandchildren. The house is very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked. No need to bring anything. The multiple sitting areas outside were also nice. The outside furniture is awesome. The dock worked out perfect to keep out boat and to swim off of. I would recommend this house to everyone.

This is a wonderful venue and Joel is the very best host I had the honor to interact with. His responses to my questions were near instant and he was always so helpful. Spent a wonderful weekend with a group of old Soldiers, many that had not seen one another in the past 35 years, and this location was amazing. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which is an often overlooked amenity when trying to put together reunion type gatherings. The house was very well equipped and provided us everything we need to both have a large dinner we prepared on the first night and a catered meal provided the second night. The dining room easily accommodated all guests and the spacious outdoors provided the spot for many special nighttime fellowship opportunities. We would pick this house over and over again. Joel, thank you for making this such a special and wonderful experience!

We enjoyed a week as an extended family in this spacious home. One of our favorite elements are the variety of spaces to gather. We never felt we were in each other's space even with 16 people. Having an en suite for each bedroom (except bunk room; there is a full bath available to this room) was really nice.Joel was very responsive and flexible. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing meals.We comfortably parked four larger vehicles and could have potentially had one more.It was also nice to be able to use the dock slip for the boat we rented.The stairs off the dock are sturdy and easy to get in/out of lake.With video games, hot tub, etc, there was plenty to do even whether our weather didn't cooperate.

Great place for families

Spacious home with a great setup for families, couples, large groups. Patio space is awesome, dock and diving platform was endless fun, two fridges came in handy.

GREAT AMENITIES

This house with it's en-suite arrangement is a PLEASURE for ALL of the family members.The cove is over-all great for water sports, and the additional diving platform was enjoyed by "kids' of all ages.

Great House and Location

This was a great house for our trip. We had two families with 7 kids. It was perfect for fishing off the dock. Easy access to Walmart. Plenty of space in the home for everyone to spread out.

Lovely Lake House

This house if very large - great for our family reunion. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was such a bonus. The dock was wonderful and the house is located pretty close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

July 4 Lake Trip

The property is as advertised, very spacious and functional for a large group gathering. And we had the good fortune of viewing spectacular fireworks show put on by a neighbor. View from the house is unbeatable. Will definitely come back next time for large group gatherings.
