This large 5,000+ square foot Lake Front Home is located conveniently on the 28 MM. Via land you are within minutes of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Via boat you are a short ride to "Margaritaville" or "Miller's Landing". This large home includes 7 Master Suites, plus a separate bunk room for the kids. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (9 Bathrooms Total). This home will accommodate 14-18 people with their own beds and private space.

A large private beach allows you to simply ease into the water off the shoreline. The large private concrete boat dock includes 1 large slip sized 11' X 30'. The dock provides a large swim platform and ladder to making swimming and enjoying the water effortless. Fishing off the dock while taking in the water level views is a must.

The main floor is the perfect area to relax while having main channel views from the wall of windows facing the water. Watch TV, listen to the stereo, or enjoy the crackling sounds and warmth of the wood burning stone fireplace in the large open space. Total, there are 3 fireplace on this main level. One, of which is in the sunken front room off the entry, and another cozy fireplace is located in one of the lake view master bedrooms. Also, on the main level, is a remodeled kitchen which has an open floor plan with beautiful new cabinets and granite counter tops. Two other master suites are also located on this main level.

Also, on the main level with extra privacy, are two additional master suites which are located upstairs. All seven master suites have queen size beds and televisions. As an added plus, 5 of the master suites have gorgeous lakefront views and are extremely large in size.

The Downstairs features the remaining two master suites as well as the kid’s bunk room. Each of these master bedrooms have doors leading directly out to the patio, hot tub, and to the lake. The bunk room is designed to sleep 5 children. It has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. Another full size bed completes this great kids room. Also located downstairs, and sure to include many hours of entertainment, is the spacious game room. The game room is complete with a pool table which includes a ping pong top, game/card table, darts, a wood burning fireplace, sit down bar and utility kitchen. Just off the game room is a screened in patio with lights and a ceiling fan, to enjoy all those lovely spring and summer evenings.

One of the biggest highlights of this property is the outdoor entertainment and relaxation possibilities. Just simply sitting one of the many outdoor patios enjoying the view. Or being able to use the relaxing hot tub under the Ozark stars at night or gathering around the warmth of the blazing lakefront fire pit.
