We absolutely loved this property!! Just sad it doesn’t allow pets. We felt like we were at home the moment we walked in. Would love to do a multiple week booking next summer, but can’t leave the pups that long. Completely understand and respect the allergy situation. But, uggh! Perfect property. Everything one could ask for…beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen was stocked better than my own and the rooms as well! Just amazing! Our favorite rental inside or outside the U.S.

Fantastic trip!

Place was fantastic! Beautiful, plenty of space, well stocked, etc. Right down the road from Sierra Nevada. Would love to return!

Peaceful

Enjoyed the stay as it was very quiet. Easy drive into Asheville. Would recommend staying here. Wish that it had been warm enough for the pool, though!

Incredible kitchen setup - everything one could imagine for cooking was available. Perfect for our group that included three generations of family. Sleeping arrangements were great and assured that there were plenty of private spaces for all.The outer game room was a hit with kids and adults alike! The only downside was that the heat was a bit tricky to navigate, with the main room remaining quite cool while the rear area containing the bedrooms was very hot and dry. All in all, a lovely place!

Great time, great property!

This house is set up so well for a large family get away! All of the rooms and amenities are such that it feels like you’re staying in a house, not a quick flip to rent out (like the ones with no blinds, no mirrors, no nightstands…all the stuff you have at home or a hotel. Pool and hot tub were GREAT and super big. One of the best rental houses I’ve stayed in.

Outdoor heaven . The land and vegetation surrounding the home and pool area was beautiful . I couldn’t get enough of it . Then add in the home and it was a perfect vacation for two families. We enjoyed everything about the home and pool . The kids ( and adults ) loved the game room as well . It would have been nice to be able to use the jacuzzi, but things happen and that’s totally understandable.

Amazing cabin retreat!

Our stay was perfect! The cabin was amazing!! Property was beautiful! Everything was exactly as shown on the website. Location was perfect. Close enough to Asheville but far enough away from the hustle bustle! The pool and hot tub were glorious! The game room was perfect! The entire place was fully equipped with everything that we needed/wanted. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Want to go back already!

This house is a 10/10! The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and so well thought out. It’s a super close drive to the Sierra Nevada brewery and airport and about 20 or so minutes to the winery. The house had all necessities for cooking and staying in. The rental company made everything easy. Want to already go back in the warmer months to take advantage is the pool

Family Get Together

Despite an unfortunate and unusual rainy week in Asheville, we were fortunate to stay at Mountain Laurel, which was perfectly equipped for rainy days. Wish we could have made better use of the beautiful pool! But it gave us good reason to come back!

Serenity

I was blown away by this property, as well as the owners. It was wonderful. Spacious and quiet, the whole house had something to offer. With the fire pit in the back, the hot tub, the game room, the TV and leather sofa, and the updated kitchen, this house had everything I could have hoped for. The owners also had excellent communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this property.

Great Thanksgiving

Our crew of seven stayed at the property for four nights during Thanksgiving 2021. The house Leo was absolutely perfect for four adults and three boys. The favorite for the kids was the gaming garage and a large property to host football and soccer challenges. The weather was perfect and we took part in many events in nearby Asheville. The house layout accommodated two families with ample space and a great kitchen layout for cooking Thanksgiving dinner.
