Granite Peak at Tamarron Resort (HighPoint #630) is our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom luxury condo featuring a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and large private deck with the best views. Wifi speeds are appx 50 mbps. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

This 1400 sq ft condo boasts spectacular views of the Valley golf course, San Juan Mountains, blue mountain skies, and a demanding view of the Valley cliff. Evenings, while relaxing on your private deck, you may see Elk making their way down the Valley cliff. This condo was renovated in 2022, during which time the bathrooms and flooring were updated and a new rock fireplace installed with a mounted 65inch TV for a great entertainment viewing experience. The kitchen has high-end appliances along with cooking and dining essentials. The upstairs Master Suite is lovely with a king bed and an on-suite bath. The large open loft is cozy with a queen bed and office area, and access to the upstairs bathroom. The bathroom on the main level has a walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are upstairs.

The main living area and the loft benefit from air conditioning; the master bedroom upstairs has an evaporative cooler as well as large operable windows to provide cool, fresh air on summer nights, but does not have air conditioning.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron, DO NOT allow pets.

Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first.
AWD or 4WD or tire chains is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, Vacation Rental Collective offers a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
