The check in was flawless. The area is very quiet. The condo is clean and comfortable. Our stay was very relaxing. Pool area is nice and short walk. Beaches are close and walkable if needed. We look forward to staying here on our next trip. Roger and Brenda Warsaw Indiana.

The condo was exactly as pictured with several nice updates and was exceptionally clean and confortable. Tracey was very helpful and promptly answered all questions; this was our 1st trip to the area. Would not hesitate to rent again from Tracey

We had a wonderful time staying at Tracey’s condo! It was very clean and conveniently located. Our family especially enjoyed enjoying breakfast on the porch. Tracey was easily reachable when we needed her. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place. Worked great for me and my 3 kids. Nice community setting with a pool and tennis court. The neighborhood was great as well. Host was very nice and responsive. We went in middle of May where the weather isn’t quite warm/hot yet but still had a great time. Will definitely consider going back in warmer weather.

We 100% enjoyed staying at this property! It was beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas available for use!Loved having access to a pool as well. Highly recommend this place!

Great Stay

Host was very accommodating. Place is very nice and quick drive to the beach. Beach had plenty of parking at 11am when we went. Pool was nice and not too crowded. Place was very well stocked as well.

This was our first trip to OBX and we couldn't have picked a better place! We were centrally located to everything there is to see and do, close to restaurants and shops and even miniature golf!The place was cozy and spacious for the four of us. Loved the oitdoor deck in the mornings for coffee and reading. It was perfect!
