Charming house between estuary and ocean

Our house is located between the estuary and the ocean in a quiet setting on a dead-end street in the town of Couquèques. This small village in the Médoc region is just a 5-minute drive from the town of Lesparre-Médoc, where you can do your shopping and find the train station if needed. Within 15 to 30 minutes, you can explore the small fishing ports along the estuary, complete with restaurants and open-air cafés. The ocean is less than a 30-minute drive away (Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac-sur-Mer, etc.)

Outside: a 1,200 m² enclosed garden with trees, featuring a 10x5 secure pool with a dome that opens fully. An outdoor kitchen with a plancha grill and barbecue, along with a terrace featuring a dining area. A second terrace in front of the kitchen with a relaxation area.
Inside: A kitchen, a living room, four large bedrooms—one on the ground floor and the other three upstairs—two sofa beds (one in the living room and the other in an upstairs bedroom), three bathrooms, and two separate bathrooms.
