Très bon séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle et agréable au quotidien.Le jardin avec terrasse, boulodrome, barbecue et piscine est propice à la détente.Points positifs supplémentaires: _ il est possible de stocker les planches de surf type Longboard;_ un auvent permet d'abriter son véhicule/vélos;_ le terrain est fermé par un portail.L'emplacement est idéal à 800m des plages et 5 mns du centre de Montalivet.

Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch die Eigentümer und Besichtigung des Objektes hatten wir eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit in dem neuen Haus. Highlight sind für uns die großzügigen Räume auf einer Ebene mit der schönen Terrasse und dem Pool dazu.Das Meer und der Markt in Montalivet sind wie in der Beschreibung in ca. 20 min zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad in 5 min zu erreichen- tolle ruhige Lage sehr zu empfehlen
