Hello Sujit, We are so very sorry to see your experience and would like to mention our arrival check-in procedures. Our guests are provided with a booking confirmation email at the time of booking. With this email, the check-in instructions indicate that an access code (if needed) will be sent, via email, 1-2 days prior to arrival. Our records indicate the access code was emailed to the email address on file on 12/30, 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. We also send a text message to all our guests approximately 3 days prior to their arrival. This text message is sent to the phone number provided for the reservation. In this message, we advise our guests to review all documents and make sure they have all the information necessary for the upcoming visit. We apologize that none of the above communications were somehow not received; however, we are happy to see that our team was available to provide you with the information when you called our office. Thank you for bringing the dishes to our attention, as this does not reflect the Nomadness cleanliness standards. We will be reviewing this in detail with the housekeeping teams to address the issue.
